Great collection. Plenty of reading material here to keep me busy for a while.
Matthew this source is good and the best ideas of what we did in 2013 and what are the best practices in the last year. I have seen many posts like this one and a few of that written by you. These resources are more helpful for the SEO community to know what is happening in the community.
